Lawson Adventure Park & Resort is looking for a Housekeeper to be part of a fun, growing company and team. Flexible work schedule, incredible Rocky Mountain views, and lodging units that are located near each other to make work loads easier to manage. This position is great for those who want to do multi-unit cleans that are straight-forward and located all in one place with no unpaid driving in between.
Company Overview/About Us:
We’re a family-friendly (and pet-friendly) adventure park and mountain resort with a bar & grill in the Rocky Mountains! Located right in between the historic towns of Idaho Springs and Georgetown; we have 8 fully-furnished cabins and 4 camping yurts on property that are available year-round. Our goal at Lawson Adventure Park is to provide a safe and comfortable stay with fun, adventurous play! We’re a great workplace for those who like working in the great outdoors and with a great team.
Responsibilities:
This is an entry-level position. We are seeking a detail-oriented, hard-working housekeeper willing to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests. Performing a variety of cleaning activities including:
- Sweeping/vacuuming, mopping
- Dusting
- Wiping and sanitizing surfaces
- Making beds
- Attending to laundry
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with an ability to work under a manager’s direction with little supervision and maintain a high level of consistency.
- Able to stand, walk and bend for extended periods of time and also lift heavy loads up to 50 pounds.
- Multitask and prioritize efficiently
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
Job Schedule:
- Days scheduled may be varied, depending on need, and hours are generally from 9am to 3pm. Flexible availability required, as hours and days scheduled may vary. We can work with our schedule.
- Ideally looking for someone who can work at least 1 weekend day a week (Sat/Sun)
Pay
- $17 - $19 Hourly Pay with Commissions
- *SIGN ON BONUS: $150 after completing 90 work days

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
We are a family-friendly mountain resort in the Colorado Rocky Mountains! We are open year-round and have fully furnished cabins and camping yurts for guests to stay in. For activities we offer whitewater rafting, ATV tours, guided fishing trips, via ferrata guided mountain climb & zipline in the summer. In the winter we have guided snowshoeing trips and ice fishing! We also have our Adventure Basecamp Bar & Grille House which has a full service bar, coffee service, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. We are a great place for groups to come and adventure together!
